We ordered 2 chicken nugget combos..and a number 8 burger combo. We got 3 burgers. We got back in line. They handed us 3 bags... of food and I looked again and they now handed us 3 different burgers and fries. My wife finally went in and the Manager lookedconfused as hell. They found our receipt and they charged us for 2 Asiago Chicken sandwiches and we still didn't get a refundfor being over charged. What a nightmare. Glad DQ is close by Read more

Only ate at this location 2 times and family all had food poisoning with horrible diarrhea both times. This visit there were... centipedes all over the restaurant. Concerning since we all got sick if they've been on food or food preparation areas. Our 30minute lunch employees were going outside every 5 minutes to smoke. Without washing hands and handling food bare hands. Healthdepartment should shut down until under control. Will never go back to this location Read more

Placed a mobile order here for some hamburgers and chicken nuggets. The food was ok and not bad. The mobile ordering app says... to go through the drive-thru but when going through the drive-thru to pick up the order they direct you to wait in the mobileorder area. It would make more sense if you were directed there from the beginning. It was late at night and the restaurant wasnot especially busy but it took a while for the food to actually be delivered. I would come back but I would not hesitate tolook at other places first. Read more

I went to this particular Wendy's location on 4/22/22 and I had a very bad experience. Normally I don't have an issue with my... food but there's always a first time for everything! I requested a refund because my lemonade was too sweet and my cheeseburgerwasn't fresh. The female African American manager who had dreadlocks asked me for my receipt and I temporarily misplaced it soshe told me to pull forward. After I located my receipt and requested the refund again, the rude manager told me that heremployee said there wasn't anything wrong with my food so she's not giving me a refund! I was very shocked that her customerservice skills were so awful since she was a manager! After I left the restaurant and I called about the incident, the samerude, miserable manager answered the phone and still insisted that she will not give me a refund! I asked her how would you feelif you went to a restaurant and you weren't pleased with your food and you couldn't get a refund, she boldly told me shewouldn't go back to that restaurant! I asked her for her manager's name and she said it was Joan but she wasn't available. Shetold me Joan would be in on 4/23/22 at 9:30 am. I spoke to Joan on Saturday morning and she was very pleasant and professional.I complained about the unprofessional manager experience and Joan said she would discuss the issue with her employee. She saidshe's off at 3:00 pm and to just come before that time so I can receive a refund or restaurant credit. Friendly service (gets +1 star) but I received the worst spicy chicken sandwich I have ever been served at this location. It... was so rubbery it was inedible. The picture shows a thin patty of stringy, rubbery chicken covered in overly fried breading. It was cold too. Read more
