I have been here like 100 times getting shushes almost every day great staff very nice place.
Today the hashbrowns were so over cooked that it crumbled like a cracker. Have Joy show them how.
Need happier, friendlier workers in there, they won't cook like bacon swiss burger if they r out for instance, or the lil... breaded chicken chicken & Monterrey jack roll things, instead she lied & gave me 6 of the buffalo kind, egg rolls, she saidwas fresh,wasn't, hard as a rock,we spent $39 on supper with a hot meal,containng chicken fried steaks, gravy, mashed pot,mac &cheese, so hard & old, we ended up throwing it all away, couldn't eat any of it. Slice pizza was the only thing. Half descentfor my granddaughter to est. Please get nicer peole in the to work & also, if yall r out of FOOD, WE MOVED AND THIS ONE IS NOT.A MILE FROM R HOUSE of something quick like egg rolls or the lil different chicken rolls, please cook fresh ones to eat, andnot lie, people have allergies, she could have put one of us in the hospital the other night by lying. Sorry, I love kum &go, i'll call next time, if there is a next time.please nicer people & fresher food! Scares me cuz i used my epi pen on my leg due tothe buffalo chicken rolls, we should get al fresh food ooooor r money back out of this. I hope a mgr reads this. dont recommend kum and go for the simple fact that every time i buy anything at this gas station my credit card gets hacked and... im out $700-$1500. my card has only been hacked two times in my lifetime and it's both been after I buy something here. thenautomatically I have $20 + extra charges at kum and go, and then it went off to buy things from best buy and places like that.so if you don't want your card hacked dont shop here. I'll admit, I used to work here and I'm not very good when it comes to smiling, but I always used to put the customer first. I... like to treat everybody fairly. Now onto my experience as a customer. I feel this store is falling apart, when I was hired wehad to go thr ok ugh two separate interviews, which they seem to have stopped due to the laziness of the new recruits. I onlyknow of a handful of good workers in this store and they can't carry it by themselves. Personally, my biggest problem is thatpeople are constantly calling in because they dont "want" to work. Fine with me fire them and get somebody that will work.Another issue is the phones. They ate there for a reason. So when a customer is calling answer. This isn't limited to this kumand go but to the whole lot of them. I am tired of having to be in continuous calls for 10 to 15 minutes before somebodyanswers. I didn't make the customer wait when I worked there. So don't make the customer wait now that I am gone. The words arefor the workers but the rating is for corporate. Always clean and good selection of drinks both fountain and bottles. Staff has always been friendly and courteous

The first shift crew at this place of business is very unprofessional. The cashier either forgot to turn my pump on or didn?t... know how to turn my pump on so when I went back in the store to tell her she had a whole attitude. It was too cold to bestanding outside and my pump not working. Then I had numerous of people tell me after the fact that they were talking about mestill when I left the store very unprofessional if you don?t like your job then just quit. Nobody is intimidated by the uglyfaces or attitudes. Nobody!!! Read more
