I was really looking forward to this (I absolutely love White Castle) and this is the closest thing northeast Arkansas has to... offer. They close way too early. It's a long drive for us and I keep missing them because they close too early! The fooditself Is a little on the expensive side for what it is. There is no restroom available! Which is terrible if your coming fromout of town. The parking lot is cramped and can be hard to access the drive thru or try to walk through the drive thru trafficto order at the window. Wait time for your order is long with almost nowhere decent to wait at. The employees were NOTfriendly or helpful. After a long wait time, the food itself was disappointingly not good! Wife bought a sack of Krystals, she said the wait was terribly long. When she got home,we live about an hour away, nothing was... on the burgers,no mustard, no pickles, no onions. Very poor way to run a business. Judging from all the bad reviews, I wouldbelieve that corporate office needs to see about new management due to fact this one can't run the place properly. Read more
They got our order wrong so we had to go back for it. The food was not hot and the little chicken sandwich was terrible, tasted... like it had been fried in bad oil and left to sit out. White Castle that you buy frozen and pop in the microwave taste muchbetter. The burgers didn't even look cooked. We had about a 15 minute wait after we ordered just to get cold food. Read more
Visited this location for lunch after letting the crowds calm down following the initial opening. I ordered a Pick 5 meal to try... a few things from the menu. I got a Krystal, a Chick, a Chili Pup, tater tots and a water. Honestly, I wasn't impressed. Thebest items were the Chili Pup and the Chick as they tasted the freshest of the combo. The Krystal had some very soggy bread andthe tater tots tasted like they were fried in old oil or they had been sitting out a while. This all may be from the newness ofthe location and after training staff and some time perhaps they will be fixed. Makes me miss the Back Yard Burger that used to be there. Maybe once the chaos settles down and people stop flooding the place... it will improve. We waited about 3-4 weeks before even attempting to go... 30+ minutes in line at 8:15PM only for them to getthe order wrong and short us overpriced food. First off I love Krystal! But the only one I like is in West Memphis! I ordered a sack of 12 cheese Krystals and figured I would... have to wait. Nope! They were ready by the time I paid and pulled up. I was the only one there and I knew when I got them sofast it was going to be bad. They were old! Ice cold! Pickles on every other one and barely any mustard! My family had to fixtheirs when I got home. So cold the cheese wasn?t melted! Will never go back! Read more
