I ordered online 6 cupcakes I got there to pick up my order and the girl was nice and let me know that one I ordered was not... avaliable and gave a good recommendation that I went with But (I should have checked but I didn't even think about it) But Igot all the way home that is 1hr away....I open the box to see I have 4 of my cupcakes So I called and spoke to someone whothen promised they would call me back regarding the issue never called me back Told me the next time I was in town I could getthe 2 cupcakes When asking who I wojld need to speak to about the matter when that happened she didn't give me a name just tookmy name said she would tell the manager and then call me back which I still have yet to hear about it Would have give 5 startsbut this just doesn't seem like I will get resolution and be out the money for those items. Went a few days ago to buy cupcakes for my husband?s birthday. We ate them when we got home and they were awful. The choc chip... cookie dough was bone dry. Wedding cake didn?t taste like wedding cake?vanilla cake at best. Not to mention I waited for someoneto help me for a good 10 min even hollering hello a few times. If I could give it zero stars I would.... you would think paying $5 for one cupcake they would definitely be worth the money. In... this case all you're paying for is the looks. They look good but definitely ain't it when it comes to taste. Then you can hardlyget anyone over the phone and I see why because I'm sure people are calling to complain about these cup-cakes. I was so excited to finally try Gigi?s cupcakes. What a huge letdown! For $4 a pop, I bought six 6 different cupcakes. They were... not moist like I had hoped. I ordered a custom smash cake from them in September for my son's first birthday party in October. I called the morning that I... was supposed to pick it up and they informed me they forgot about it and misplaced my order form. I would not recommend them forcustom orders. Apparently they don't value their customers as much as local bakeries do. I had to order a cake from someone anhour away who was willing to make it last minute, even though they were extremely busy. I found them in Deals Around Town. My Momma and I were having a two day long sweet tooth from watching baking shows. She's here... visiting from NC. SO, I told her about Gigi's I saw in my booklet. We LOVE IT!!! It's just so girly and danty when you walk in.The cupcakes look EXACTLY like they did on the website! The service was VERY pleasant. But we got home and were soooooooo veryhappy!!! We discovered the Holy Grail of the Sweet Tooth and an Oasis of PURE SWEETNESS!!! We were more than pleased and will begoing back!!!! My wedding is in three weeks and I went two weeks ago to order my cake and they we?re full! The baker idk if she?s the owner but... she was so sweet ans went ahead and squeezed me in, I was so happy as I get my birthday cakes here every year and it?s the onlyplace I wanted my wedding cake made at!
