Ordered the medium turkey bacon ranch, non steamed turkey with warm bun, to go. Got back to my hotel & there was no bacon, no... onions, no ranch & the bun was cold. Very bland sandwich. Including chips & a tip, spent a little over $12. Supposed to begetting a card for a free sub that can only be redeemed at THAT location. Not a very happy customer ???? Read more

The team members are so kind but the drive through wait times are atrocious and you will be lucky to get exactly what you... ordered. Also, don?t place a pick up order on the mobile app because you will wait an additional 30 minutes after your pick uptime while you watch cars come and go in the drive through. These issues have been ongoing for years and something goes wrongliterally every single time I come but I love Firehouse so I stupidly keep coming back. This location needs a corporate qualitycheck badly because something isn?t working. Read more
