Me and my husband went to eat tonight at El Acapco. We ordered a small cheese dip. Our waitress brought us a large. She did... apologize and say she would bring us a small. I said please bring us the small or just don't charge us for a large. She left thelarge and charged us for a large. I understand that we should pay for what we get but if a waitress makes a mistake I don'tthink the customer should be charged or made to feel bad for it. It really wasn't cool. Went there last night, wonderful meal. I?ve been there twice and although I don?t genuinely enjoy Mexican food, their rice is... incredible and the shrimp is amazing (I?ve gotten both the spicy and the garlic and butter sauce, both are great) Plus I had themost amazing server, Katilyn, she was absolutely incredible. Always kind and got exactly what I wanted whenever I needed it, andshe was so fun she introduced me to her coworkers! Axle is really nice and there was a girl (who?s name I can?t remember at themoment) who was incredibly funny and would randomly check on me and ask me things to the tune of ?How?s everything going?? So many Mexican places I've been to in Northeast Arkansas cover all the food in some sort of cheese sauce that is terrible. El... Acapulco was the first restaurant I've been to where I could get a nice chile verde dinner and the pork was crispy the sauce wason point and there was no cheese type sauce anywhere. Excellent food I recommend! Read more
Never had the Acapulco #3 but will be a new favorite there! Fast service, excellent food, and fair price.
The food and atmosphere was awesome service was just as great. One recommendation would be to have a restaurant menu posted... online, so that patrons can have an idea of what to order. Read more
Excellent, excellent, excellent! I mean outstanding. Ordered the Burrito Grande- and it is grande! Asked for it to have ground... beef rather than chicken or steak, they did it and everything in it was fresh and well seasoned. Excellent service too, and foodcame out extra fast. I don't usually do reviews on chain restaurants, but this one is worth it. Read more
First time here. Atmosphere and service was excellent. The food was not near as exceptional. Our food was correct but my dish... was a disappointment based on taste and appearance. I will try this location again and order differently. I would stillrecommend for Mexican food in jonesboro. Read more
