Chick-fil-A always has fresh, hot food, the most efficient drive-thru system anywhere, and extremely friendly service at every... location I have ever visited across 7 or more states. The Jonesboro, AR, location has completed a wonderful renovation toexpand the drive-thru, but it seems confusing at times and the kitchen can't quite keep up with the speed of the orders. Thisrestaurant is so busy, I don't think a quadruple drive-thru with a doubled kitchen could keep the traffic flowing. Jonesboroneeds a second location. Read more
Food tastes great. Service was extremity slow. One of the entrees I ordered was left out of my bag and I didn't notice until... I got home, so I had a child without food and I had to cook him something. Read more
They are always fast and super friendly. Once I did a curbside order and it took longer than normal (probably around 15 minutes... so it wasn't that long) and with my food they brought me a free chicken sandwich card for my wait/inconvenience. They always goabove and beyond! Read more
