In store visit. I got my order correct!! Finally. I did have to ask for extras with my order which should normally be included... (ketchup, salt, napkins, or sauces asked for). This is the first time I have ever eaten inside this Burger King. I came here with my son, and there was only one other table... seated and only two cars in the drive-through. Almost every table was dirty with visible trash on it. The chocolate shake hadvery little chocolate in it. I could hear them giving reminders to make my food several times (we only ordered one burger mealwith chicken fries). It took 15 minutes to receive my order. This was the first time visiting this location. I went with a friend and we ordered ahead of time with the Crown App for... Android. We ordered two Big Fish sandwiches. Yum ????. This location was clean and our food was ready and warm when we gotthere. The staff was kind and knew what they were doing. Used the online system to order ahead. Pulled up to the window and gave the order name and number. Despite being the only car in... line at that time, I was asked to pull over to the designated spot for curbside. About 10 or so minutes later, the order wasgiven to a random person by mistake who thankfully showed up to my car window to pass the order along. It was short 2 drinks. Iexplained to the staff what happened. 15 minutes from the time I told them about the drinks I finally had them. Spent nearly 30minutes total waiting on an online order. The wait time was great, the breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable. There was no line at the drive thru and the... location appeared to be well managed. Edit: I've been to this location several times since and it is the slowest and mostdisorganized BK in town. The last 3 times I have visited they have got my order wrong. I've tried this Burger King at least 3 times now. Every single time I have gone, they have messed up my order. I would receive... the wrong burger 2 of the 3 times. I received part of someone else order the 3rd time and had the wrong ingredients on myburger. Go to any of the other Burger King nearby, it will be worth the extra few minutes spent to get there. We stopped at this Burger King in Jonesboro and there were people working in there and they did see us but not a one bothered to... take our order even after waiting well over 5-10 minutes. We left and most likely won?t go back. I realize people are busy andshort staffed but they could have at least acknowledged that we were there. Went down the road to Wendy?s and they were happy totake our order. I only gave it 1 star because I couldn?t leave a review otherwise . 0 stars Read more
