I came here for breakfast and ordered a chicken biscuit. What I received was a soggy biscuit with cheese, egg and undercooked... chicken on it?. This is the worst fast food breakfast I have ever seen. Stay away. Read more
In store visit. I got my order correct!! Finally. I did have to ask for extras with my order which should normally be included... (ketchup, salt, napkins, or sauces asked for). This is the first time I have ever eaten inside this Burger King. I came here with my son, and there was only one other table... seated and only two cars in the drive-through. Almost every table was dirty with visible trash on it. The chocolate shake hadvery little chocolate in it. I could hear them giving reminders to make my food several times (we only ordered one burger mealwith chicken fries). It took 15 minutes to receive my order. This was the first time visiting this location. I went with a friend and we ordered ahead of time with the Crown App for... Android. We ordered two Big Fish sandwiches. Yum ????. This location was clean and our food was ready and warm when we gotthere. The staff was kind and knew what they were doing. We stopped at this Burger King in Jonesboro and there were people working in there and they did see us but not a one bothered to... take our order even after waiting well over 5-10 minutes. We left and most likely won?t go back. I realize people are busy andshort staffed but they could have at least acknowledged that we were there.
