I give it a two star because the food was good, but the service was really bad , the waitress attitude was bad from the... beginning. It wasn't just our table but the other two around us as well. Had my cousin come up to eat with us and he didn't evenwant to order with her, just went to the bar in the back. Even when the service is poor I usually tip because I understand thereare bad days but there should be some type if highlight during the service. Let's see, they got two orders wrong, sent both back and one of the two was wrong again. They were out of chicken tenders,... lettuce, Mich Ultra and a few other items and the waitress waited until the last minute to tell us. Also we asked for a child'scup, we were brought a regular cup, then the waitress comes back with a plastic to go lid that didn't fit the cup... Service wasoverall garbage. Read more
The most money for the worst experience. This is the worst staff I?ve ever encountered in one place. These are the kind of... people that good service industry workers are embarrassed by. The manager ruined our night by coming to our table more than onceto ?clarify? an issue with our appetizer but still added the wrong item after we agreed to pay for the part of the appetizerthat was barely edible. But she wasn?t done being petty or trying to embarrass us in front of the staff and restaurant, so shecharged for the wrong item, then made us repeatedly tell her the issue with paying for a more expensive item than we received.Not to mention the ?guacamole? was inedible. She condescended every single request made for her to be reasonable and had by thispoint ruined our experience but still wouldn?t remove a cheese dip till I let her know we were celebrating an 18th birthday andher repeated snarky visits to our table were totally unacceptable. First time visiting this location and I'm disappointed at the quality of the food. As a person who is a vegan, I decided to... order the black bean burger, I mentioned to the waitress, no dairy, so no cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. My food arrivedand there was a slice of cheese and no tomatoes. The fries were cold. My family ordered chicken wings and when they arrived,they had a fowl smell, the meat was not fresh. The chef staff should check the quality of the meat, making sure code dates arebeing checked, properly rotated, and making sure the freshest product is being brought out to the customers. The server was thebest experience, as she was more embarrassed of the quality of food that was coming out of the kitchen. She was very apologeticand was very helpful. This location should be checking all food that leaves the kitchen. This is not acceptable and coming fromthe food/retail business, more attention to service, freshness and being more organized at this location needs to be addressed. Read more
