My birthday was Wednesday (10/12) and they had their cookies & cream flavor this day(my FAVORITE! I highly recommend) I came in... and picked some out, but unfortunately my cat got into them the next day and did what cats do best and my birthday cupcakes weredestroyed. When I called Bliss on Friday (10/15), they didn?t have them on the menu for that day, but told me if I needed aspecial order they?d make them up for me, but I told them it wasn?t necessary because I?d only buy four at the most. They thentook my name & number and told me they?d call me back whenever they had that particular flavor available again. Not even fiveminutes after we hung up they called me back to tell me they were going to go ahead and bake the cupcakes and to come and getthem whenever I had time that day. I am someone who definitely gets birthday anxiety and I just wanted to say that that kindnessmeant a lot to me. The service was rude except for one worker who looked like they were trying to juggle everything all at once while the other... person just sat there talking. Once the girl who was trying to juggle about 5000 tasks was able to get to me it was a smoothexperience. That girl is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Read more
They have more than just cupcakes, but when I say their cupcaks are good.. They're delicious! Their cookie sandwiches are my... personal favorite, the icing used in the middle is great quality and the cookie is the perfect consistency. They also offerbeverages out of a cooler, local fashion options, and even some cake decorations for your own cakes! Read more
Stopped by this dessert shop after reading on their website that they offered gluten free options. I bought the gluten free... Butterfinger cupcake for my mother and she raved about it and was extremely happy and plans to visit the location herself. Theyoffer a lot of different cupcakes and even full sized cakes and dog treats baked for your furry friends. They also offeredmerchandise for parties and whatnot to accompany any cakes purchased for events. Good dessert spot and I will revisit. Read more
I?m not pleased at all. $5 for a drip and it looks like that?.I paid $80.28 for a TWO layer cake when the lady on the phone said... it would be THREE layers?When I picked it up, the lady said that I didn?t pay for it?when I did?and then corrected herself andsaid that I needed to pay for the numbers?which I?d already paid for. (Included in the $80.28.) I highly would recommend GiGi?sor any other place that is more organized. I would like my money back that I paid extra for three layers since I did not getthree layers. This was my first visit to Bliss. My wife got the Birthday Cake cookie dough and I got the Samoa. Both were very delicious. We... were able to pick out our choices quickly and get to enjoying these amazing treats. We got the small and I don't know that Icould've ate anymore. It was great. Read more
