This place gets on my last nerve. I put my order in online and it was confirmed. I wait 20mins and walk in to get my food. Girl... behind the counter asks me to wait...... then says the order JUST came in. But hold on the email says it was confirmed 20minsago...so I'm confused.. I'm stuck another 20mins. Today I asked for my oder to be fried hard. The cook refuse to cook it hard. The pizza puff was still Doughy. He wouldn?t stop... looking at me once the chaser told him I wanted my money back if I couldn?t get my food cooked correctly. After asking he putthe pizza puff back in and took out his phone. He walked off and left the pizza puff. He then returns put his phone in hispocket and put on gloves. He did not was his hands. He repeated this twice while I was waiting. The cashiers are lovely. Called a order they tell me fifteen minutes I get in fifteen minutes cashier ask my name at that time I'm noticing my order... sitting on the counter so I ask cashier is my order ready she said yes she ask another customer what would they like to orderafter the other customer order I ask can I get my order then the cashier said can you wait a minute have people ordering on thewaiting patiently looking at my food sitting there for about 8 to 9 minutes if my daughter wasn't hungry I would have left thatorder a 15 minute carryout turn out to be 35 minute carryout order at 6:10 pm walking out with my order at 6:45pm looks at thereceipt it says 6:28 okay if you took my money at how come my order sit there all that time not covered up poor service probablywon't spend my money there again Joliet,illinois Jackson and Collins st.
