Ugh, I'm mad at this McDonald's. Like, why do they always have to be super fresh? What's the point in spending money on a... hardcore diet when you can just go to this McDonald's and eat everything super fresh, super cheap and super fast? Like, Iliterally just devoured a triple cheeseburger and didn't even have time to take a picture of it because I downed it in less thanthree minutes. Got in line and ordered my food they told me to pull up so I can wait for my order. They made me wait 30 minutes and I had to... get out of my car to try to get someone?s attention and they were acting like the didn?t see me! By time the manager came outshe told me that she had no idea what was going on and that she was in the bathroom. My question is how do you not know what?sgoing on as the Manager of a restaurant. Decent food. Drivetrhough guy was super kind and helpful. This mcdonalds has gotten much better than it had been in recent past.
We went in and there was already someone standing at the counter. We waited about 5 minutes before I asked if someone was going... to help us and the manager came and yelled "Well we don't have the staff to, you HAVE to us the kiosk". Well what is someonedoesn't know HOW to use it? Also, there was a lot of employees there. SO we go to the drive thru and have to pull up to a numberand wait. I only ordered 2 coffees... Read more
Cannot review what any of the food or drinks actually tasted like as I did not get to order or eat any. Waited at the drive... thru for 5 minutes, dead silent. I understand being busy, and understaffed. A simple I will be right with you to ACKNOWLEDGE mypresence goes a long way. Basic customer service 101. Read more
