I order pizza from here on a pretty often basis and I don't usually have any issues, it urks my nerves that there's never any... hot and ready pizzas but it's not a deal breaker. I recently also discovered that they have a wealth of toppings you can't addin the app but can add if you order in-store, backwards in 2022 I know but also not a deal breaker. My pizza is always hot freshand never burnt except that one time and the issue was rectified quickly and concisely. Their close, quick-ish, not expensiveand it's tasty no complaints at all. I would suggest ordering ahead especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Read more

Ordered online, card was charged, but restaurant was closed (doors locked, no one there). I sat on hold with customer service... for an hour to get a refund, but I never got past the hold music. Not sure how this managed to occur, but I would adviseordering elsewhere. Read more

Placed an online order which was supposed to be ready by 8:14, so I went inside and they told me it was going to be ready in 10... more minutes, so I went back outside came back inside after those 10 minutes just so they can tell me they were cutting it. Iteventually was 8:55 I still didn?t receive my order, when I asked an employee regarding the order he looked at me head to toeand ignored me. Another customer received her order and while she tried to tell them it was a wrong order they ignored her. Atthis point it was 9 and I still didn?t receive my order, so instead of escalating the situation, I just left and never receivedmy order. I really don?t know how this location is still open when it?s been having nothing but bad reviews for 3 years. Read more

Told a 10 min wait, waited 30 minutes and got this. This pizza is one of the worst ive ever seen. 1. Not even cut 2. Literal... handful of sausage just tossed in the middle 3. Cheese not evenly spread 1/3 of the edge of the pizza is just slivers of cheeseon tomato sauce. I get they push alot of pizza outta here for cheap but as an employee take a little pride in your job. Yourfeeding families and you serve them THAT. Whoever is working the pizza line needs to be retrained and take a little personalresponsibility for the food they make. Read more

Dude at the front register was rude. I asked for a topping and was willing to pay for it. But he refused to add it or remake the... pizza. Someone else before was happy to do it but dude had an attitude the entire time as if I was a bother. Definitely tryingto talk to a manager. Read more

This particular establishment can get crowded especially on the weekends but the staff always seems to do an amazing job keeping... up with large orders. Especially when the customers complain and get angry about their orders taking too long, you can see theemployees are working hard and not slacking off. Customers should have more patience, your order will come in due time. I highlyrecommend this Little Caesars Read more

I order online my order was suppose to be ready at 2:46. I was in the parking lot shortly after placing the online order at... around 2:20pm. There was maybe 1 person that walked in the building with the 20 mins of me waiting in the parking lot. I walkedin the establishment around 2:40. Nobody greeted me, multiple employees seen me standing there but I waited patiently for anemployee to atleast acknowledge me. I see one guy making Pizzas talking to another co worker. I see multiple Pizzas at the endof the oven sitting there. Multiple Pizzas on the boxing counter. Then after another customer came and screamed "excuse me" didthe manager pop up. There was 5 employee's working. There was no excuse not to have someone at the counter at this point of mestanding there for 10 minutes. My pizza still was not complete at 2:56pm. When I spoke up about my issue I was either offered arefund or to keep waiting. In a very rude tone that the woman who is the manager of the location and another one, she informedan another customer. Clearly i waited this long for my kids pizza i obvisously want the oizza and not go somewhere else and waitlinger.She need to work on her customer service and retail skills. She was very rude to multiple customers in the 7 minutes shewas at the counter. Then she frantically looked for my pizza and then handed it to me. It's ridiculous. Also the store is dirtyand could use a good sweep and mop and the outside of the contact less pickup could use a good wipe down. I am truly upset aboutmy experience. I have been in the food industry and it does get frustrating and stuff happens you get busy or you don't haveenough employees. But in this case you had 5 employees and 3 weren't doing anything. Crazy Calzony pizza was received like this and put in the pizza portal. The manager is Horrible and Childish! He refused to... remake it even after a photo before I tried eating this inedible mess! He was even rolling his eyes at me like a toddlerthrowing a temper tantrum. He got mad because another customer wanted a refund due to them not having a Caesar dip he ordered.The only competent manager there is Mark. He's a awesome guy.
