Ordered pizza for the family and did the portal pick up. We were told that our pizza was ready and checked that it was correct.... The pizza was cold and the order was incorrect. When called and ask for the issue to be correct the person who answered thephone and the manager refused to do anything. We even offer to order something else through door dash so they could correct themistake and send us the right order and they refused. The manager tried to tell us it was my fault the order was wrong and thatthey did not complete our order. I will not use this store again and urge people to use the other one in Joliet instead. We always call our order in so it will be ready the pizza is always nice and hot. My granddaughter enjoys the cheese as well as... pepperoni stuff crust pizza and the cheesy bread. The lobby is always nice and clean I just wish they would give out parmesancheese and crushed peppers in the packets rather than trying to sell you a whole bottle. It was what I expected from Little Caesars. No gourmet pizza by any means but definitely worth the price. I like the deep dish... vs the hot and ready $5 pizza. The wings are pretty good also. Read more
What happened to this place. I haven't came here for a year and I was certain last time, it was pretty decent. Ordered a hot n... ready today and my pizza was 70% crust, so I am assuming they hired new employees.. I'm trying to refrain from laughing but Iguess it was lunch hours. Read more
