The Delivery is terrible. I never write reviews. However I would be doing a disservice by not warning. I am not sure what the... problem is? I have ordered in Kankakee and they were so good and very fast. But in the joliet locations they get lost and thinkand hour or two is fine for a sub Delivery. Avoid Delivery! Read more
Placed an order 11:34am and didn't receive my order until 1:30pm. I had bee calling so that I could at least know how much... longer it would be taking for my order, no answer. The phone would just ring and ring and ring. Once it was delivered and theperson came in all they said was "sorry for the long wait". Didn't even bother to offer a discount or anything. Ordered online... -Our Vito was missing lettuce -For my Spicy Italian, refer to the picture below and make your own decision on... what you think it is. All I can say is my 2 year old daughter & I consumed that bread before I looked at the bottom, I'vecompletely lost my appetite and am very concerned now of the outcome. I can only hope that it is tomato juice, that red is waytoo dark in my opinion to be juice. I did call and confirm, their bread liners are not red - if you were wondering about thattoo. Read more
I placed my order at 11:25AM and it did not show up until 12:38PM. It showed on the app that it went out for delivery at... 12:09PM. Over 30 min to make the sandwich and almost 30 min to deliver it 5 min away. This location does not quite live up tothe "Freaky Fast" slogan. Read more
