I love Gloria Jeans coffee. The culture of the business means a lot to me as a customer. It?s different. I have always loved... coming to this specific one in the mall. But it just seems like it isn?t well taken care of anymore. Last time we went a couplemonths ago they didn?t have the right size cups. Went there again yesterday and they literally served me two iced coffeesWITHOUT lids for the cup. Didn?t let me know before I paid (and tipped). It was just an unfortunate circumstance and sad to seethe lack of quality and maintenance this location has had the past few months/year. Was there this morning and the girl working was very polite and friendly. She answered all my questions about the old punch... cards and was not bothered by me asking. Normally employees are bothered by the customers this was not the case today. Drove 25-30mins today just for a coffee from this place. Opening time says 12. So you would think everything would be ready by... the time customers start to arrive but no. A white young male finally arrives after 12. We go up a few mins later, just for himto say ?we are still opening come back later in 10mins. There?s people waiting, & leaving because we can?t be served. 12:22 hestill left to put away the milk crates that had been delivered since way before he arrived. 12:30 we finally decided to leave,not in the mood for coffee at this point, Over 30mins of waiting had to leave without a coffee.
