If you like bad service, messed up orders, and to be yelled at when you call them out on their messed up drink this is the store... for you! The attitude from the women that work here is disgusting. If I acting like that at my job I'd be unemployed. Oh and ifyou ask for a manager you get to hear "I don't want to play the manager, you play the manager." They don't listen either. Order was simply. Large Iced Carmel Latte and 2 Chocolate Donuts. Iced latte didn?t have any Carmel and when I looked inside the... bag they gave me 2 Jelly donuts! If you like coming to this Dunkin and pay cash. Make sure you check your change. The semi skinny, older gentleman taking the... orders with the broken english loves to short change me. Finally said something to him on this transaction and he couldn't evenlook me in the eyes. Just gave me the correct change and waved me off. Absolutely the worst dunkin! The lady who works there eats while taking orders no gloves I?m guessing her husband is the owner... and they fight and argue in front of customers the worst part, their coffee taste like hot water. Very disappointed of this location, I place my order, when I received it, i noticed that the order was wrong,I ask them to... please switch the two jelly ones for a strawberry donuts, well they give me an attitude, 3 girls walked together with the ladythat supposed to fix my order, they took a little while to be honest , but I was calm so I decided to wait , well they give memy order back when I get home I opened the box and guess what these little brats put the 2 long Jones upside down and the other2 facing so when I try to separate them they get all messed up and look unattractive for my kids. Like really how old are thoseladies? Like they took their time to do this just because I asked them and I nice way to switch the 2 donuts!!! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to fast food services because I have worked in the industry. This... Dunkin donuts is the worst though. I shouldn't wait for over half an hour in a line to even order. Every. Day. No one everanswers the speaker in a timely manner. I have sat at the window for ten minutes because they gave me my drink and walked awaywithout giving me a straw. I love the matcha lattes and I don't mind a little extra matcha powder, but the one I recieved todaywas DISGUISTING. There is so much matcha powder that I'm literally getting chunks of the powder and it is THICK AND CHALKY. I amso disappointed in this Dunkin. Extremely rude inconsiderate management. Poorly run. I worked here when I was on a summer break home from college and I was... treated with the most disrespect I?ve ever had in my life. A manager screamed at high schoolers and acted superior to everybody.She constantly belittled staff and made fun of people for being 19 and living with their parents. She yelled at me for notgiving a customer a carrier for the 2 coffees they ordered. This all happened years ago and bothers me to this day. Read more
