I've tried to give this location numerous chances. Every time I visit, hoping it will be different, it's not. The coffee always... tastes like warm water mixed with a hint of coffee flavoring. Then, if I actually end up drinking it instead of dumping it downthe drain, at the bottom I always find a mound of coffee grains with the last few sips. The hash browns are always cold andundercooked. Both the bacon and sausage wraps are poorly made and often dripping with grease out of the package. And I havevisited at all different times, all random days. It's clear to me the staff just doesn't care and neither does management toallow this to continue. They skimp on spreads for bagels, and barely toast them. I do not often give one star reviews but this Dunkin deserves it. I've... been to this place multiple times, yet they never improved their service. Read more
I usually go here all the time to get my food but whoever they have working there now is super rude and didn't even make my food... right. I mean it's just common sense that you put cream cheese over the entire bagel and not just one part of the bagel! Not tomention her nasty attitude! Read more
My caramel craze hot coffee is never hot. They also discontinued the French curler donut ????
Came around 10:20-10:30ish valentines and ordered a medium hot mocha latte. Opened the lid and this is what I see. It came half... filled as if someone already drank out of it and still served it to a customer. Read more
Are they fast? Sure. Will they screw up your order and then refuse to make up for it? Also, yes. This place ruined my morning... coffee (on a Monday out of all days) I had to throw it out because it was extremely sugary when I asked for no sugar (favorshots NOT swirls) then when I tried to call them, they wouldn?t answer their phone whatsoever. So I tried to get my drink rightthe next day and they told me there was no manager so basically It didn?t matter that I wasted my money the day prior on adisgusting drink. This morning, a busy Sunday, I had a huge order. The gentleman taking orders was newer. He kept his cool and didn't get... frustrated. The young woman with Omelette Rita on her hat tag was managing and leading the team like a pro. She stepped in,kept her cool even though the team was scurrying, and handled everything tactfully and brilliantly. The rest of the team wascranking out drinks and food without complaint or attitude. This morning team deserves a raise and pat on the back. Cherish youremployees who really Show Up to work.
