Man this has to be the worst location.. I ordered a delivery it took 2 hours to get it I'm only 16 minutes away from the store I... could have picked it up. Smh just horrible Read more

Made an order for my teams lunch at 11:30. Called the store at 01:30 to ask what was taking so long. The employee argued over... the order time and then refunded the entire purchase. I now have a team of employees with no lunch. I have never been let downby a business this bad in my life. They didn't even apologize or give a reason on the phone. I attempted to contact regionalcustomer support but it is not possible to lodge complaints with anyone but the store itself. Please make sure you have a backup dinner planned before ordering from here. Read more

I've ordered from this location a few times over some years and I've had no major concerns. My orders are usually accurate and... fresh. The delivery times are pretty accurate on the delivery tracker system. I would recommend to friends. Read more

even though the app tells customers specifically that your will be made and delivered if placed before 11pm. i made my order at... 10:40pm and got a phone call from a female giving me excuses to not make it. "we've been closing early since thursday becauseof ummm... yea we're short on product." i understand, its the end of your shift and you want to go home, but a job is a job. ifyour shift ends at 11pm and the rule is that if theres an incoming purchase, you have to do your job. i used to frequentDominoes with high tips. not anymore. i'll find somwwhere else to buy from. Super frustrated!!!! We have ordered from this location about 2 to 3 times a month for years. (My wife likes them) And in all... honesty they goof up about 45 to 55 percent of our orders. They try to make it right, but usually they make it worse first. Buttonight really ticked me off! First of all, they goofed our order up. I got a bbq chicken pizza, but there was barely anychicken on it. Not even enough to get a piece on each slice of chicken. They also forgot to bring all our garlic butter.Secondly the delivery driver either came unprepared or just out and out lied and said he didn't have enough change. Now we weregoing to give him a 5.00 tip. We just asked him to break a 20.00 he said he couldn't and only gave us a few bucks back and left.Finally we called to talk to someone about this and they hung up on us twice. And not like we called and yelled nd screamed.They literally picked up said hello and just hung up on me. Totally rude and annoying. This place is the worst. I have giventhem chances time after time and they still manage to shoot themselves in the foot. I hope someone contacts us about this. Read more

They did well. My order got misplaced, unfortunately. But I was notified and the situation was rectified with a duplicate order... and two additional orders of lava cakes x2.
