I ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. The bacon was like two little slivers or maybe three little slivers which you... couldn't even call bacon. The biscuits and gravy had these weird little sausages cut up loved like brown and serve sausages cutup the eggs were dinky. The server was very nice though! It took forever to get our measly little meal and it was about $35.Won't be going to Denny's for another 15 years if it's still around. Read more
Absolutely loved this establishment. Very clean restrooms and lobby area. Our server Consuela rocked it! She was always there... when we needed refills or needed anything else. She also always had a smile on her face and sometimes even a song in her voice.The food was great as well so props to the kitchen staff. Read more

I don't usually share experiences if they were just acceptable. I think most people expect businesses to be at least that. This... was one of those times. Food was fine, service was good, restaurant was clean. Nothing exceptional, but sometimes that's OK. Ifyou filled your tummy and the price was fair; that's fine. I would recommend this place. I did a to go order for the salted Carmel banana cream pancakes. And got 6 banana that where blackish ruin, no Carmel and very... little cream. When I return to work I called. I was told they don't give out refunds unless I bring the food back. I explained Itossed it since I was at work but took pictures so u can see what's wrong. Denny's Joliet raised their food quality several levels higher. Prices are slightly higher too. But they're on point with their... steak doneness. It's not prime quality but if I order medium and if they got it right, that's what really matters, unlike thelast steak I had at some upscale brewery restaurant last week. Even the server was very attentive, friendly and professional. Ahearty meal you can enjoy does not have to be fancy expensive. If this place used cloth napkins, it would be upscale too. Read more
