This is the 2nd time that I've gone to this establishment and asked for a fresh cheeseburger off the broiler..."I don't mind the... wait" is what I tell them. The first time it was a little late and I guess they didn't feel like it. Before I left, I checked myfood, it WASN'T fresh so I returned it. Without argument my money was refunded. THIS time they just decided to put my burger inthe microwave and leave it in there for too long as if I wouldn't know the difference. I was in the drive-through yesterday and I had to drive away because there was no one to take my order and there was a guy in... front of me that was waiting for the people inside to take his order. They must be shortstaffed. Read more
Need some reliable workers. I pulled up to the drive through 40 minutes after they were supposed to be open with a car in front... of me and three behind me and no one would answer the speaker. I went around to the front and there were employees inside withall of the lights on and the doors locked. They saw me and would not come to the door and say anything they just stood therewatching. I would prefer their breakfast but other places actually open on time and serve their customers instead of wastingtheir time. Read more
I came to this establishment 2 separate mornings on my way to work. Cars in parking spots, building is clearly open. Sat at the... drive thru for 10 mins with absolutely no response. The car in front of me had the exact same experience. Of course I thoughtthey were actually ordering food until they drove off. After the second morning with the same experience, I was done with thislocation. Obviously these guys are hiring ANYBODY these days. So trusting these clowns to handle my food would be insane. On 12/9/19 I ordered the impossible whopper it was burnt so I cant really say if it's a good burger or not. But I will try it at... a different location. Read more
Food was decent. Was charged for a whopper I didn't order, cashier caught our and brought the money out to me.
Yum. Every now and then a whopper is so good. Everything was hot and fresh. Great fries too!
