Very satisfied, the wait was 10 minutes about. We ordered chicken, gizzards & fries and everything was freshly made.
I went at 2:00 and an older lady with glasses charged me 9.99 for a chicken parmesan bowl even though the window says 7.99 on... Fridays. I work in the same plaza and I got to my lunch table in about 3 minutes. I open it and it's nothing but pasta sauce. Been a long time from my last visit and I was surprised at how low quality they seem to have gotten, I bought a 4pce that was so... dry I didn't even eat the chicken, I took the skin off the best just to show how it was served, the only thing that was goodwere the fries, they weren't even salted and no real flavor but were fresh, my days of returning there are done, never again,their commercials say it tastes better,,,, NOT In this case, jewel has better chicken, its a shame ill never return. Chicken ok, mushrooms not great, french fries would be really good but they don't salt them. I mean,what's the point of fries if... they are not salted! Also it's a little pricey and the parking situation is ridiculous (no fault of the restaurant). Would goagain and make sure they salt the fries. Read more
The food was decent. We went a short time before closing so not everything was available. Overall it was good.
My father, grandmother and I went through the drive-thru this evening to pick up some dinner to take back to my grandmother?s... house to eat. However, when we took the food back to our house and started eating, my father discovered a piece of PLASTIC wasINSIDE his sandwich. Unfortunately, he had already heated it up in the microwave so he had to throw the entire sandwich away,worried that the plastic melted into the food. Never have we experienced this at any other fast food establishment. We areextremely disappointed, as the food had a nice flavor. However, it was way too expensive to justify there being plastic inside asandwich. I?m giving 2 stars because the order taker was nice and the food was quick, but this was just appalling in my view. The food and customer service was excellent. The staff was very polite and accommodating. If you have a chance to go I recommend... the mushrooms and the okra. The fried chicken is the best I've had in the area. My twelve-year-old even enjoyed the chickenstrips. And he's a picky eater. Read more
