Very skimpy portions for the dollars and cents you fork out... but the eatery can't be beat when it comes to cleanliness...
Quality and cleanliness have fallen off a cliff the past two months. No apparent on site manager - or one who cares. Too many... messes on prep tables and the floor; which are all visible to customers and set your expectations for the food quality beforeyou even endure the usual long wait to get it. Four staff standing around in prep area doing nothing while customers noticefilth and disarray. It was lunchtime and NO bagels were left from morning. Every Panera I?ve ever been to (mostly Pittsburgh)has bagels all day. The coffee was completely empty as was the creamer. That was the highlight of the visit. Two thirds ofthe seating area was mysteriously awry and blocked off, this seating was limited. We had to try to eat out in the wind. Foodwas basically inedible with Herculean amount of cilantro provided to test our constitutions. We failed the challenge and wecontributed three fourths of our meals to the overflowing trash cans. I ordered online and paid for a $15 Cobb salad that was supposed to have chicken in it which I?m sure is the most expensive... ingredient. Well I get to work and go to eat my salad - NO CHICKEN. I swear Panera always forgets ingredients in the salads.Pretty disappointed as they were closed by the time I noticed and was able to call. Read more
Nicole was so nice! I was greeted immediately upon walking in, even though she was busy with morning tasks. As soon as I was... ready to order, she multitasked to get my order and continue what she was doing. She still was able to provide options and checkme out swiftly. I haven't been here in awhile, so it was refreshing to see and makes me want to come here more often again. Read more
Delivery drivers should not have to wait in line to pick up their orders. Put them on the rapid pickup shelf just like your... instructions in the delivery app state. Read more
When you first go into Panera bread, you first are hit with the wonderful aroma of the food! Love going in there! There were a... couple people in line, but did not have to wait very long at all. Then I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff totake my order. The order took maybe 5 minutes to get ready, but normally that time is taken getting the drinks and finding aplace to sit anyway. Had a flatbread Chicken Chipotle pizza and a Greek salad. Love their bagels.... Always a bit with everyone. A nice treat no matter the time of day. Wonderful customer service........ Brownies that are fresh and moist. Buy a loaf of their amazing bread. Have a scone or even a cinnamon roll. Muffins orcroissants, you will find the treat you are looking for. Try one of the lemonades, the unique flavors will be a delight to yourtaste buds. Read more
