Made reservations for 6 on 10/19/22. We eat there often. My food never showed up. I asked for a manager and she blamed the... kitchen and told me about cooking times. She said she would take care of the bill. The waitress came back 20 minutes laterasked about the check. Still no food. Called the manager again and she blamed the waitress, said she never put the order in, but my wife got hers. Got the check, and was not charged for the food I didn't get- that was the fix. The young waitress wascrying, we were very nice to her because she was new. Manager's fault. The manager blamed us for that. I was told by themanager, although I didn't yell or swear that she didn't like my attitude and not come back. She would not let me talk toanother manager and would not tell me when I could call the next day to talk to someone else. Read more
Love the food - food is 5*. However, I honestly struggle to recall a time when they got our take-out order correct. Slip is... right, order is pretty wrong, but the food is good anyway. Read more

2nd time I have ordered a SALAD online from jakes to be ready for a certain time because I'm on my 30 minute lunch break and... both times, I do not think that they started the order until I got there. So I sat and waited for my chicken and shrimp saladfor almost 15 mins and it was missing chicken. Whatever. Order was supposed to be ready @ 3:57, recieved it at 4:20 Calledbecause I'm double irritated that I do not even get to eat my $17 salad because my lunch break is over AND it was wrong.. Oh butthey gave me a $4 refund for the chicken that they forgot. Can't even rate what the food taste like because again, didn't get toeat it :) twice now:) Take online ordering off if you don't pay attention to it that way I can stop wasting my money. Emily was excellent! In fact I'd say superior! Food was great. Atmosphere inside was very nice. However, the mall parking lot... is a disgrace. I use a cane and it is quite a challenge not falling and smashing my face into the ground. Would come here moreif the parking lot was maintained. Read more
So surprised to find a good place to eat in the mall! Lots of TVs for sports fans, kid friendly. We sat at the bar, and the... bartender was so efficient. We had the white pizza with the thin crust: perfect wait time. Happy to support good localbusinesses! Read more
