Very disappointed. I drove through the Westmont location this morning to get 2 dozen glazed dounuts for a meeting with a State... Rep. and council of local Borough and was told that you cannot order a dozen glazed dounuts from their store unless you callahead. You can only purchase 6 glazed dounuts. This is ridiculous! I will be contacting the owner to confirm this is a franchiseapproved rule. Read more
Don't be surprised if they have no coffee, milk alternatives, or donuts. This has happened on multiple occasions. The employees... will argue with you and are rude. 50/50 chance of getting your order wrong or not giving you a straw. I'd suggest driving theextra 15 min to Scalp Ave Read more
The older worker that is there in the morning who always takes the orders seems to just rush people, she cuts me off and after I... say one thing she says anything else even when I'm not done modifying my coffee. If it wasn't for the younger workers shewould've messed up my order multiple times, but food and coffee is good still. Read more

Coffee is good but for the last 3 times we have gone here our food has been burnt. I'm not sure if the employees were taking out... their stress on us for having a larger order or what the deal is but I still expect to receive food that is at least consumable. The egg and cheese wraps that we received from them were burnt to a crisp and totally inedible. Read more
I mean seriously? It's Dunkin,the only place to get real coffee and Doughnuts. It a great little store for those need. I like... the fact that when you go in, it is clean and the staff is friendly.
