I went to this Burger King to redeem my mobile order coupon that wasn?t working on the app, I go into the store and I?m greeted... by the manager. She has me retry to app, which doesn?t work, and proceeds to tell me she can?t change the price on her own ormake any exceptions to honor the discount for a valued customer. The manager referred me to McDonald?s, and placing an order onthe McDonald?s app went smooth, nobody gave me an issues! Go to McDonald?s where they actually care about the customer, nothere! I just signed up for the burger King app. This franchise did participate in several perks I tried to redeem. I was finally able... to upsize my fries in the double whopper meal I ordered. Told person at drive threw asking for the your way meal order a double bacon cheeseburger, told them allergic to tomatoes so no... ketchup they replied ?so ketchup is okay? , I said no that?s tomatoes I?m allergic. I get my burger and ketchup is on it.
