Walked in and got in line, the girl at the counter was making someone's sandwich, She looks at me and says you have to wait I... have an online order next. I said ok and waited. She asked what I wanted and I said a 6in pizza sub, she said they don't makethose and threw a fit while making it. I went into this subway tonight, and against even the recommendations of the state mask request issued by the governor, I was... informed even though it is a medical danger for me to wear a mask (especially at night) I would not be served unless I put oneon and in turn endangered my safety and potentially the safety of others. Up until tonight I would buy several sandwiches aweek, and now, unless this unneccesary and potentially dangerous enforcement of the mask policy is changed to reflect the stateguidelines (wich do not require those with medical reasoning to wear masks) I will never buy from this location again. We haverights in this country and it is not the job of people in the food industry to decide whats best for everyone elses health. Theyshould protect their people where needed and uphold peoples right to liberty and to choose how they protect themselves. I amdisgusted this happened here. I am nothing but polite and cordial every time I am in and if I was sick, I wouldnt even be there.I have lived in Colorado my whole life and the county we are in doesnt enforce the mandate at all because it is outright anoverreach of governmental power in the first place. But to go to the extent, that nobody, even those medically unable, will beserved without a mask is sickening!!! So anybody who has a medical complication or disability who wants a good sandwich, gosomewhere else. This location does not want people with medical issues or disabilities to be served. Read more

Awful, awful, awful!!! I live near and frequent the Loaf n Jug. While their staff is beyond amazing, the service at the Subway I... find extremely disappointing. I had to stand there as the lady working stood outside smoking a cigarette. Made eye contact withme and continued to finish her smoke. Then, once she finished and came in to help me, I received attitude. I requested a cup ofmeat for my 18 month old child in addition to the sandwich i was purchasing. She informed me should couldn?t do that. I saidEVERY other Subway I have been to and requested it has given it to me. They charge me of course, but nope, this woman was noteven going to entertain the idea. Then continued to give me attitude as I picked my toppings. I will NEVER eat at this Subwayagain and I will make sure all my friends and coworkers know not to as well!! Shame on you Subway! Read more

This Subway is in gas station, while that can be convenient, the customer service DEFINITELY suffered. The guy working left... twice in the 10 min I was trying to order and then he was TERRIBLY RUDE AND not helpful at all! Poor experience!! Read more

I have ordered the wrap at 10 different subways across 4 states and this place won't let you swap ingredients. So no cheese of... your choice. Iceberg lettuce instead of spinach. No additions. Pathetic. First and last time here. The kid making lists theingredients and you can only take away from the set list. Not add!??? Wtfffff. Poorly run. Also no personality. worst subway ever! took over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and there was only one person in front of us. the girl and guy... working did not care at all, my sandwich looked so bad I didn't even eat it and on top of the workers taking so so so much oftheir time to do anything the man went into the back and never came out. asked to talk to a manager and of course they'rewasn't one working.
