These are some of the best tacos I?ve had in Colorado. The restaurant is incredibly clean, the staff is very friendly and the... food is delicious. This is a hidden gem in Johnstown and we will definitely be back. We tried the asada fries, tacos Al pastor,chorizo & Asada and they were all excellent. I've never had Mexican food this good, I mean I've had amazing authentic meats and plates but the meat here, they do something... to it and the moment it hits your lips you just can't stop eating it. It melts in your mouth and engulfs in your tastebuds whichis like amazing as it's got an eclectic taste which every 'bud' can enjoy. I highly recommend Los Rudos asada!! Read more
Tried this place for the first time tonight. Ordered takeout; pastor tortas & barbacoa tacos. It was freaking AMAZING!! These... pictures don?t do it justice! Can?t say how many times my husband has said ?Holy S##t this is so good! We?re going back!? Thepile of meat in the pic is what spilled over from his sandwich; they give you hefty portions at super reasonable prices. Mytacos came with a cup of red sauce that?s a bit too hot for me, but the tacos have a delicious heat on their own. Love thisplace already! Will go back often! Try it and you?ll be hooked too!
