Yes if there was a lower option than one star I would choose that. I went in to get four packs of American Spirits and was... denied use of the dollar off coupons that come in the pack. The lady with red hair works overnights told me that they stoppedaccepting coupons back when they became $7 a pack. Funny that she wouldn't even scan one to show me that, that was true it'spretty obvious she was just deciding to be standoffish. Could the owners or managers please explain why that would be the case.I'll be contacting American Spirits directly. Read more

Said they couldn't do a money order with a credit card. Then they said there was only a limit of $10 cash back if you use a... card. Then after the transaction she says that cash back isn't available. Literally went to the next 7-Eleven and got a moneyorder with my card. Read more

Card reader wasn?t working and instead of the cashier asking to try again she was doing too much. She said ?hey hey try again.... Slide it. This isn?t a food bank.? Very rude and unprofessional.
