Let me start by saying I LOVE brewed.. been going for years and even worked in the Cranston location for a lil over a year until... covid hit. I still order a couple times a month at the Cranston location, never have a problem with my order. Today I went tothe Johnston location (Drive-Thru) around 7am. I placed my order over the phone and picked up. My sandwich was made incorrectlybut that wasn?t too much of a big deal. I get it, it?s early, been there. I call back to get it remade and drive back to thestore to pick up. When I get home, again, my sandwich was made wrong? this sandwich costs almost $10. For such high prices you?dthink there would be more care out into these orders. I called again but no one answered? Disappointed. Read more

Went through the drive-thur at Cherry Hill location. The wait was unreasonable for only having 2 cars ahead of me. Once I gave... my order and pulled up to the first window to pay,the girl took my payment then turned her back without a word. I then pull tothe second window, which I?ve done in the past,to pick up my order. Waited a few minutes and the girl that took my payment cameto the window and talked down to me like I was a 4 year old.?Here?s your coffee , here?s your muffin and here?s your straw.? The first time I visited I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cup of decaf. The decaf appeared 30 minutes later after the... sandwich. I kept asking where it was and got death glares and rolling of the eyes. The second visit I ordered a decaf icedcoffee and got regular. Quite a shock on the system as I didn't get symptoms until half way through the latte. After the firstexperience I just tossed it and haven't been back.
