I called in an order for a pepperoni cheese bread. Pretty simple I?ve ordered this a couple times, however when I got home after... picking it up I noticed that I had received a deep dish instead. So I called they told me to bring it back and they?d make itthe right way. I go to pick it up and open it to be sure this time they had it right. When I opened the box it was just plaincheese bread, so I asked the cashier where the pepperoni was. She proceeded to tell me ?oh there?re the same thing, they justcut it wrong the first time?. I said ok yes, but where is the pepperoni!!! She then repeated her self, at this point I was readyto walk out. The whole point of paying the extra money for pepperoni is so that I have pepperoni. Pizza sucked and it was not hot at all barely warm and I was 3 minutes early than my puck up time.
I just ordered lunch from here, and there were some major problems with it. I ordered a "Crazy Calzony CHEESE." I read the... description very carefully because I'm a vegetarian. So, I have NO IDEA why the crust was stuffed with pepperoni. There was alsoa hair on the crust that had to belong to one of the employees because it was baked in. Gross and frustrating experience, allaround. The food was "hot and ready" (even if it wasn't what I ordered and had the potential to make me very sick,) and theemployees were nice enough. I just love the large $5 pepperoni deal but I wish that included all one topping pizza. They have improved on the crust but if... they would add just a little more yeast then I believe the crust would be even better. Read more
Last night(April 17, 2020) I ordered a three-meat deep dish pizza, some Caesar wings, and crazy bread online which totaled up to... $22. When i got the food back home and sat down to eat with my fiancé and daughter, the pizza dough was completely raw in ahuge part of the pizza. Basically, only the crust was cooked. Also, the wings were covered in way too much pepper. I had to putthe pizza in my oven for about 10-14 minutes before it was done. If you aren't getting a $5, already cooked and waiting, regularpizza, i wouldn't waste the money on it. Read more
