Big sign on building says open for breakfast BUT doors still locked at 8:30 am . Guess sign should have said drive thru open for... breakfast and maybe taco bell should give a sht about their customers. So sad to just sit in the position of restaurant of lastresort. Read more

The lady in drive couldn?t figure out what order was at the window. I went to get the same thing I had yesterday. A Nacho Fry... Delux box. Instead of combo substitute Steak chalupa to Beef Chalupa. It was substitute Steak to beef causing me to pay morethen I should originally pay. My whole box I run with is Beef Chalupa (No Tomatoes and Lettuce), DLT (No Lettuce, Add Truff),Nacho Fries (Swap Nacho Sauce for Truff Sauce). That whole order sets me back 9.99. I couldn?t exactly order my food without itbeing screwed up. So I left the drive and just went to the nearest one, Watertown. I?ve never had bad experiences with orderingand employees until today. The lady in drive was rude when I said I?ll just get it at a different Taco Bell and responded with?Fine go then? and shut the window with a bit force. Read more

1st time at this specific Taco Bell. Everything went smoothly!! Zero waiting but, then again I was there at approximately 9am.... So that could have helped my easy experience. Super friendly staff! I even told them it was my 1st time there AND trying theirbreakfast. Right then 3 young well spoken young adults came to window to say hello and welcome me? As well as letting me knowthat the breakfast is really dang great! I've never seen that before! Talk about a positive crew! I was impressed with the staffand the food honestly!! It's was memorable. Half the time something is incorrect with the order. The last straw was an online order I picked up that they replaced an item... they were out of stock of with something else. They didn't tell me this when I picked up my food. I found out about the screw upwhen I got home. I went back and asked for the correct item which is when they finally told me they were out of stock. I askfor a refund which the cashier and manager both said they could not do. At no point during order pickup did the tell me theywere replacing items in my order nor did the website say the item was out of stock (which qudoba down the street from this tacobell does do). It is a month later and I am still dealing with taco bell corporate for the refund. Read more

I?m currently sitting here in the store, munching on the most tender crunch wrap ever made. The owner showed up, delivered my... food to me, and placed a gentle kiss on my forehead.. oh wait, that?s just how I felt when I sunk my canines into this food.10/10 service again. I have tried going here multiple times either my order gets messed up or food comes uncooked. Worst taco bell ever

The line in the drive through was long so I went inside. I soon understood why the line was long as I stood there waiting. (5+... minutes) I was greeted with a "hey" and placed my order. 20 minutes later I was out the door with my take out. I will say thatthe crew making the food did it in a hygienic manner and did not skimp on the ingredients. Was it worth the wait? Perhaps. Thestandards in customer service are changing and I guess I shouldn't compare them to how "it used to be." Overall I'd recommendthis Taco bell and look forward to the day it's automated. Read more

FINALLY... "As many jalapeños as you can physically fit on the chalupa" is taken seriously. This is the apex of fast food.... We've peaked. They did double upchateg me for these bad boys... and it was WORTH IT! 10/10 would destroy my digestive tractagain. Read more
