I was waiting about 40 mins for a subway. There was a female and a male working today. Thursday April 7th around 3 :30 pm. The... people didn't know how to work the cash register for a gift card, really? The female was talking in the back really loud likeshe didn't care that everyone can here her. Saying when I start complaining then it's time for me to quit the job. Saying cursewords as well in multiple sentences. Yelling at the male to take the customers orders. If you order online, you should expect to at least double whatever wait time their app gives you. If that app says your meal... will be ready in twenty minutes, go in forty and expect to wait at least another five. They are usually very short staffed, andthey're often very busy. Read more

I walked in only to see no proper food safety and a broken toaster. I'll make my own soggy sandwiches before I wish my stomach... on a couple underpaid overworked young adults who aren't given the proper tools/wear to do their work. Read more
If you want to sit on the toilet about half an hour after you eat here, then it's a plus for you. I guess their way of helping... with weight loss. Other than that nobody but the older Mexican lady is happy. The rest just want you to hurry up so they canplay on their phone. Read more
I have had great experiences at this location until today. I ordered my meal and was instantly told "NO" you can't get extra... meat. I had to ask why before it was explained to me. I am a local resident and have frequently patronized Subway. Any organization is as good as it's leadership and that brings me... to the unprofessional, rude, biased customer service of this establishment's general manager. I asked her for her boss's nameand she told me I would have to find that out myself. I hope the owner of the establishment reads customer reviews. Not only isthe customer service substandard, the establishment is dirty and lacks appropriate food handling protocol. There seems to behigh turnover of employees which is understandable if the GM treats her staff the way she treats her customers. Read more
