Was very disappointed. Waited 15 minutes before our server came and took our order there was only one other table in the whole... restaurant. Ask for my hash browns to be well done the top was cooked but the rest were Raw! Will not and I repeat will not begoing back to the Waffle House! Read more
By far the worst service we have ever received. It took the waitress ten minutes to even come say hello after we were seated.... Had they been crazy busy, it would be more understandable, but there was one guy sitting at the front, along with two tablesaside from us. When she finally took our drink order, it took her AT LEAST another ten minutes to bring us our drinks. When shebrought our silverware, she plopped 4 forks and knives in the center of the table, right before she brought us our food.Granted, the food was good, but the service was so terrible that it doesn't even matter. Not once did she check our drinks orask if we needed anything. She never brought us our ticket. I had to chase her down, to which she told me she didn't have itready yet and that she would bring it when she was. Another fifteen minutes goes by and I am pretty upset. At that point,everyone is watching us. We were a two party table. She didn't put it on seperate tickets. I can't believe you guys have someonelike that working for you. I'll never come back. You got a hundred bucks from us last night, but I was sure to pick her tip upoff the table after paying for the entire meal. I WISH I could give zero stars. Read more
This was only my second time eating here, but I can say confidently I?ll be returning. Our server, Devon, was great, and we got... our food in under 10 minutes. The food itself was great, and what I?ve come to expect from Waffle House. Drop on in if you?re inthe area and want a cheap and great breakfast! Read more

Unequivocally the BEST Waffle House I have ever had, and I?ve had Waffle House in nearly every state throughout the entire South... East. Chris (Asst. Manager) took more pride in his work and service, as well as cooking than anyone I have ever witnessed beforein a hospitality position, of ANY restaurant or status. His attention to detail, his kindness in service, his crosscontamination prevention in switching gloves between each product, as well as his accuracy were unmatched! Listen, I?m not oneto leave a review for Waffle House, but this service, the pride in which they took, as well as the quality of product theydelivered should be the example of what America should be looking up to in this current generation - hard work and genuity arestill alive and well! Going to Waffle House at 3:00 in the morning my expectations were low, but this has by far been one of the worst experiences I... have ever had at any restaurant. When my partner and I entered the restaurant was practically empty, and there were dirty dishesalong much of the counter, and in several booths. The waitress brought us our drinks, and we requested a couple minutes tofigure out what food we would like to order. Instead of returning to take our order, she engaged in conversation with the onlyother customer in the establishment (who had already completed his meal). Over 10 minutes passed and we wondered if she wouldreturn to take our order, however we decided to give her more time, as we?re not confrontational people, and had some time tospare. However another 10 minutes passed and we were becoming incredibly impatient, aggravated, and hungry? Just in time forthem to finish their conversation, and for the other customer to go along their way. It was at this time that new customersentered, and the waitress tells them ?I?ll be with you in a second? and disappears into the back of the restaurant, along withthe other crew members. We decided then to just get up and leave, and that our wasted time more than paid for our drinks.Additionally it?s worth noting that one of the crew members appeared to have their teenage daughter doing some cleaning, howeverit didn?t appear as though she was an employee of the Waffle House.
