Bought the so-called smoked turkey breast and three sides. First, the turkey had the sugar/honey crust which is horrible on... turkey. I purchased a ham last year from the Johnson City, Tn store, but the owner changed the rules to where the employee can no longer... open up the ham for the customer to look at. My ham was very burnt on most of the outside and I had to file a claim on it andsend a picture of it to the claim dept. I was reimbursed.
