Ordered Iced Caramel Macchiato but received something look like White Chocolate Mocha. Asked barista if it was wrong ordered,... they said ?What?s wrong with that??. They ended up try to blame on me that Caramel Macchiato supposed to be like that. I havebeen here many times to order Macchiato, so I am pretty sure what I supposed to get. When you spend $5.75 for a grande mocha you would expect it to be full but no I get a 3/4 cup. I'm adding to this review... because I went to this starbucks at 7am this morning and spent $12.60 on 2 drinks to be told "there's no smoking in thedrive-thru" well Starbucks you can keep your coffee and I will keep the $50 plus dollars I spent on you in a week. Until youstart paying my car payment don't try and tell me what I can do in my car. Good day. Read more
I think this is the fastest drive-through Starbucks I have visited. We had four orders and they got everything exactly right. ... The baristas were very nice. I'll certainly go back when I am in Johnson City next time. Read more
*ROACH WARNING* Yeah, no, never coming back ???? I love Starbucks but will never be coming back to this location. My husband... and I came here last weekend for coffee and breakfast, it was fine until he got towards the bottom of the cup and almostswallowed something solid. He spat it on the floor and looked at me with a sick expression, while we both looked between us atthe small dead cockroach that had been in his drink. My husband was horrified. We didn't take pictures or contact the storebecause I figured what's the most they'll do? A free coffee? Yay? Anyways mostly posting as a warning that the Starbuckslocation across from ETSU has roaches. In their cups probably? Chai latte with soy is on the lighter side. Its not as creamy as what I'm used to and prefer. The holiday bear is so cute. I... don't remember seeing it before. Last night I did see the Chinese new year ones on eBay sold in Asian countries. It $9.95. Cutebear for the Xmas tree. I stopped here looking for the Tennessee been there mugs. Decided to start collecting them when I was inColumbia SC 2 weeks ago. I was in Knoxville just this past May... I love TN and decides to make a trip here again. About what you would expect a Starbucks to be like. It is in a good location, has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.... There is a drive through. One downside, they do not have a clover machine. Read more
Normally starbucks can be pretty hit or miss, but today Donovan (Hopefully spelled right) really nailed my coffee, and I really... needed that this morning. Everyone is always super friendly and full of personality when I go to order, its quick, and if thereare ever any mistakes they are all super sweet about fixing it. I drive here instead of going to the one on campus sometimes,just because they are that much better. Read more
