Very poor experience, I've never called to complain before but the one time I do was a terrible experience. I asked for no sauce... and the pizza I received was covered. I call and a manager says they'll remake it. Cool, should've been done and over with. Butwhen it arrives the second pizza is crumpled and grease is leaking out of the box, on to the table and now on the sleeve of mydress shirt. I call again and the manager uses the excuse of it being a greasy pizza when I know for a fact from working forpizza chains before there's no reason for that to happen, especially to that extent, if you have proper quality control. Not toinclude the pizza that was wrong before didn't nearly have that much grease. The manager said he himself would make it, and ifthat's how a manager makes a pizza, that's absolutely ridiculous. My coworkers have said they're not ordering from this locationafter this experience. However the driver, Evan, was awesome. Read more
Very poor experience! I love a good pizza but for what ever reason this store doesn?t even try to make the food good! This time... the pizza crust was so soggy and had zero crispness to the crust! I think grade school kids could of made a better pizza. I willnot waste any more money ordering from this store. So beware the food isn?t good. Read more
The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They did not get frustrated during my difficult order over the phone, and got it all... right. They even pushed my order back when we got stuck behind an accident coming off the highway. Food was fresh and good. On aSunday night 20 minutes before their closing, it was amazing to see a staff still give great customer service. Read more
Ordered a family meal to be delivered. Delivery guy ????. On time. But the pasta was dry baked. No sauce... called next morning,... can?t re deliver food they said. Even though I have plenty leftovers haha. They said a credit will go on my acct. Didn?t know Ihad one?
