I hope you like original tart and marshmallow topping because that?s all that was working. Every other flavor was ?out?. The... chocolate, Reese?s, and Carmel topping dispensers weren?t filled. My husband & I had BOGO coupons for Menchies that came as part of the restaurant coupons Liberty Bell students sell each year. ... The coupons were valid through 2/28/2022. We went to Menchies on 2/28/2022 so the coupons were still valid; however, theemployee refused to honor them, saying that the owner had told her not to accept them anymore. We pointed out that they werestill valid but she refused to honor them. Not sure if this is considered fraud but it's definitely not customer-friendly & myhusband & I will not be going back. On top of that, the yogurt was WAY overpriced - I can't stress that enough. They were outof almost everything, had only 2 flavors available & the toppings area was dirty. Frozen yogurt is always a treat and I really enjoyed the Newyork Cheesecake flavor and variety of toppings. I wish they had more... bowl size options so I could fill it accordingly, they just had one size and I had subconsciously filled it to cover the bottomand got way too much but finished it so it wasn?t a waste. Always a pleasant experience! The shop is always clean and the variety of flavors is refreshing. I appreciate their sanitation... efforts during Covid. I feel safer using a self service machine due to their efforts. Read more
