Very good vegetarian /vegan option. Vegan cheese was really good. My veg out pizza didn't have mushrooms, but they charged me... for 1addition anyway. Spinach salad was really very good. Very good waitress. Felt the toppings were quite sparse on theveg. Pizza. Good food and service, but a bit overpriced for the sparsely topped pizza. Read more
If I could I would give this place zero!! Our server acted like she was in another world. Placed order for 2 starters and a... medium pizza. We got our drinks and server never came back. No straws no napkins. Sat for almost a hour . Finally asked anotherworker for straws and to check on our starters. Said that she never came back. Finally after they looked confused checked on ourstarters and brought them to us. Said manager would come and give us more bread for spinach dip. Very disappointed that theywhere barely warm and they had been sitting under warmer for a long time. Another worker walked by and we said can we have forksand napkins to eat. Also Said that our server still has not been over since she gave us our drinks. She tells server who neverONCE looked up at us just kept standing at register. When the second worker brought us the forks and napkins we said cancel ourpizza we are leaving! She goes and tells them! And now let the confusion start. I seen her walk in circles 4 times trying tofigure out our pizza that was by the way.. sitting under warmer for awhile. We got up and walked out. That when a man tried tostop us to give us the pizza for free! Hell no! I said give it to someone who has been waiting forever like us. Worst serviceever and a waste of our time. Don't go there!! We ordered apps and a pizza; it was good but extremely pricey. My husband didn?t like the crust on the pizza, I liked it. He... said it was too much bread and doughy. The atmosphere was fun and quirky, we would go back to try something else. Read more
Our family was impressed with the pizza we ate there again next day for take out. The pizza has a good flavor and the crust was... soft. The only thing missing was some cheese sauce to dip the crust in. Good price and toppings were generous. Excellent phoneskills and the staff were super friendly, only had to wait a few mins. Tastes ok.. got two pizzas. We?re pretty sure our large pizza has the same circumference as the medium? less slices, but, yeah... it measures the same. Is it supposed to have so much extra room in the box? Weird. Also one pizza was missing a topping. For aspecialty diet 24.99 pizza let?s not miss any toppings. We?ll go elsewhere Read more
The pizza was warm, it was good. It took 45 minutes + for our food. We were told the cook lost the ticket. We were told we were... to get 50% off for the long wait. The waitress was outstanding. Chef not so good. Manager never showed their face. Where was the50% taken off? Read more
Great pizza, good experience ~ albeit a little pricey (small Funky Q Chicken pizza is 14.99). Our server was attentive, and the... service throughout was good! Reading some of the negative comments, it's like many customers have blithely forgotten there's anation-wide server shortage. Although the shortage is expected (2.49+tips is no way for our servers to live. They deserve alivable wage. It's time for archaic tipping to become part of the past). Read more
The dining room had one table when we arrived. We sat about 10 minutes before our waiter came from the empty section on the... other side of the wall chatting with a female server. We ordered the big secret garden salad. We watched it sit in the windowfor 10-15 minutes, no server to check if it was there, no kitchen staff to let someone know to bring it out. Server checked onus a couple times after the pizza came out, then from the time we were done and had stacked plates etc, it took about 30 minutesbefore he came back to see if we were ready for a check. If you think I'm exaggerating I'm sure there's cameras you can check.By now there were only three tables in the whole place, and every time he appeared it was from the empty section on the otherside of the wall, where there was also at least one female employee on at least two of the numerous occasions that hedisappeared. As far as the salad, the first time we ordered it, it was awesome. The fruit was fresh etc. This time thepineapples were brown and it was a let down compared to last time.
