I'm a big fan of McDonalds. Unfortunately this particular store didnt do well. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries, the nuggets... looked cooked on the outside but mushy and cold and wet inside. I tried to eat 2 and asked my partner to try 1 and she said "its raw inside". So I took it back to counter and they replaced with Mc doubles [ 2 ] which turned out to be burnt black. I gaveup and throw it all away. Driving back home on the way I threw up the 2 nuggets on the road. Still don't feel well. I've neverhad cause to give McDonald's a bad review before but this screamed say something. I'm out almost 8 dollars and got sick for mytrouble. The drive thru line was fairly long and moving slowly. When we got to the order speaker we were told to go to the second window... to order. (It was not easy to understand what the directions were as the speaker was muffled. We asked for clarification butno one responded). After finally making it to the window almost half of our order was unavailable so we drove to anotherMcDonald's. Very disappointing visit here. Read more
The food was good. But the female employee working was loud, rude, and cussed in front of customers. Normally I overlook certain... things, but they way she spoke to her fellow employee in front of us infuriated me. The manager was standing there allowing herto do it as well. Read more
Gave 2 stars because of poor food quality tonight, definitely beyond its intended hold time. And the manger that is usually... cheerful and pleasant was having an off day I suppose, but she could have at least smiled and acted like us ordering wasn?tkeeping her from other tasks. This location is the worst for this tire of service. Will go the extra couple miles and use roanstreet location from now on, I?ve given this location to many chances as it is. Read more

I love McDonald's...when it's good. I have all my life. The problem is, at least locally, including the one I ate at today, they... no longer seem to have standards. McDonald's fries are the best... when they're good. Used to be every now and then you'd get abad batch, but they were more often great. Any more they'll just hand anything over the counter. Dark brown, cold, limp, hereyou go! And consistently at this location, you're hard pressed to find a clean table to eat your cold fries at. Even withvisiting senior staff sitting in the dining room. And when the shock of .89 for a slice of cheese on my Mcchicken wore off, Iactually gave in and did it once or twice. Well, now it's .99. A dollar for a slice of cheese. Keep it. Oh wait... here's wherewe blame covid. I'm so sick of this excuse. Let's get back to work, take some pride in your product, take some pride in yourdining room. Read more
