It?s my husband?s birthday tomorrow, so I go by the Johnson City mall to get a chocolate chip cookie cake for him. Sam who... decorated the cookie did an awesome job and had me ready to go in 15 minutes. The cookies and cookie cakes are delicious and thecookie icing is absolutely delicious. Thank you Sam!!! I'll never give more than 1 star to a business that is too lazy to make cookies 20 minutes prior to closing. Denied me any other... service than what was stale in the shelf already. All I wanted was a sugar cookie with icing on it, they had the cookie andrefused to do more. Just kept repeating "we're out of those". However, when you walk 15 feet into the foot court, Pal's, NoriJapan, Chick-fil-A, The Wok, and Charley's all still cooking food; the sizzle and smell obvious, workers moving. The cookies we got were almost raw in the middle, and the cookie cake slice was really flat. The staff was okay? not necessarily... unfriendly, but could be much better. I prefer the Kingsport location. Read more

I have never had a issue until the last cookie I ordered on Friday was to be ready by two on Saturday ,so I go in a little later... too pick it up . And they did not have anything ready for me .they looked for my order card and could not find it for. Afewmoment's , and then I stayed to the working looking for it who took my order ,then he was like oh yes I remember taking theorder . He began to look for my order he found it mad states oh it was pushed to the back of the box and this was at Five in theafternoon so there was enough time for my order to be ready ,Not one time was I told they were sorry or any kind of apologygiven for it not being complete for pick up ,they were very rude and was given my total.so it will be a while before I orderagain. Unfortunately I hate to write this. I have loved this company since I was a child. However I feel I need to let you know of my... experience. I ordered a cookie cake online because myself and another manager abruptly had to be out of our business and myteam had to step up and take care of things with no notice. I wanted to send a gesture of thanks. I sent a screen shot of myorder to the team that had the location, order number and time it would be ready. When my team member went to get it? they hadno record of it and attitudes that they didn?t really care. Another team member inquired about it and now there is moreconfusion on where the order is. I personally call and speak to Justice who presented herself as this was the last place onearth she wanted to be. She said she didn?t know what happened. I asked.. are you even going to apologize or offer anything? And she said reluctantly? I?m sorry. I was speechless at the lowest level concern possible that was being shown. They did makeit? over and hour after when it was promised? and they sent a picture and it was perfect?. So for that I am thankful. Howeveryou made what should have been something special for team an added stress I was trying to eliminate without any care. Pleaselook into the people who work for you? and if you are not taking care of them and this is the result? it?s on you. If thisperson really lacks such empathy.. she should seek another option.
