There were almost more employees than diners at this location! At least it seemed that way. We were seated near the front door... which was where the host station and the kitchen were. We were a group of 4 at a table for 6. We had plenty of room for all ofthe trays and plates and glasses and things that accumulated on the table. If we'd had 6 people it would not have been enoughspace. Our server was very good, she was fairly busy but checked on us often. The starter bread was good. Our salads andentrees were good as well. My parents-in-law shared a steak and each got a potato. I got the salmon and it was very good. Myhusband got the NY strip and enjoyed it. I would come back again if driving through Johnson City. Outlaw Ribeye medium rare perfecto!! The seasoning was great too!! I highly recommend Longhorn for serious steak lovers ??
Was very good, had the Parmesan crusted chicken. It was very juicy and tender.. Our waiter was very attentive to or needs..
If it didn't start out on such a bad experience, I would have given probably a four or five star rating. When we walked in we... hostess just kind of looked at us. Didn't say a word. We waited then about 3 minutes later. Ask how many? Not a greeting, noteven a smile. The server then walk this over to our seat. The waiter was an amazing and outstanding though. He had about fivetables full and even was able to keep my drink always full. The food was really good as well. Read more

A lackluster steakhouse experience. The staff was friendly and I was seated quickly but it took quite a while before the server... came out for as many employees I saw standing around. I ordered a NY strip rare and mashed potatoes. The food was properlycooked but seemed totally unseasoned and came out rather tepid. Being one of the only customers in the restaurant, I expectedpiping hot food from the kitchen but that was certainly not the case. The steak had a nice appearance with good grill marks butit was obvious the grill had not been cleaned recently, as the steak tasted unpleasantly smoky and dirty. I think chef confusedthe burnt grime left on the steak as good grill marks... I had to use steak sauce to cover up the burned chemical-y flavor ofthe dirty grill. Though the steak was rare, it tasted like your Uncle Bob's special extra well done (burned) steak at that lastfamily reunion. The potatoes were also lukewarm and unflavored. Nice atmosphere. Beautiful decor. The chicken nite appetizer is absolutely delicious. Perfectly done, light spice, great flavor.... Meals were very tasty. Mashed potatoes were delicious. Drinks were good pours. Prices were reasonable. Our server was having anoff day, but other than that, would highly recommend. Read more
Ordered a Renegate Top Sirloin 8oz steak dinner. I was directed to see the bartender. She was obviously very busy, the bar had a... least 30+ dirty glasses, dishes etc. I was assisted by Kenny A. while he was on his way to the kitchen. He was attentive andprofessional, unfortunately, didn't check my meal (see photos) the worst meal I ever had at a Longhorn Steakhouse! Thesilverware is cheap and worthless. Read more
