I don't know what's happened to Krystals but I honestly think it's time to give up the ghost. There's only 1 in Johnson City,... food was expensive and made me and my family sick not to mention the long wait in line, I went a second time as well. Have never had a problem here, a great place for a quick bite to eat late after getting off work. However after a 14 hour shift... I swung through on my way home and was given an extra sandwich due to an error? got home to see the error was bites taken out ofit. Allen?s ?helpfulness? was some sort of sick joke. Read more

The dining room is now open. The food was hot and fresh. We were served quickly. I told the employee that she made a pretty... sundae. She said it was only her second day and the first one that she ever made. The interior and restrooms were reasonablyclean. Read more
This place was the least friendly place and they can?t get an order right at all. Ordered a 24 pk and 6 corn pups didn?t get.... They even brought the order out after waiting for 15-20 minutes to me and still didn?t have it right. I didn?t notice it beingwrong until I got home and I called them they asked for my name I told them they told me to come back by and he?ll get them forme. I told him I?m crippled and can barely walk. So I had my son pick it up after work for me and the manager was completelyunfriendly and uncompromising.
