Other Jersey Mike?s have your sandwich made in 20 - 30 min. when you order online through the app. That?s with a line inside... the store. Not this place. Almost an hour to prepare a sandwich. Claim their busy with no in store patrons and four employees,three standing around and only one making sandwiches. You know, most people don?t get an hour lunch break to wait around for asandwich to be made. Do they expect in store customers to wait around for an hour for them to prepare their food? Huge fan of Jersey Mikes, in fact i love the subs here . This was the best visit of any Jersey Mikes ive ever been to. My order... was ready in a flash,i had a special request and it was met with NO hesitation, the young lady that took my order and helped mewas over the top friendly and made me feel like i come here every day , she was wonderful. And of course, the sub,#13, everysingle bite to the last ,was as good as the first. Thank you for great food and over the top service. Read more
The food was good. The manager seemed upset and was taking it out on employees and customers, my wife and I included. Guy in the... back messed up our order. We called the store he answered, he fixed it. We came in to pick up the sandwich and the managerfussed at us, because her employee didn't communicate with her that we had called about the mistake. My girlfriend and I are fairly picky about where we eat because we have dietary restrictions and many restaurant employees... aren't adaptable enough to meet our needs. That said, this is one of our favorite places to eat. ALL of their employees arepersonable, polite or both. I am always impressed with their quality level. It's high and consistent. I work in an industrywhere customer satisfaction is everything, and I have taken notes from these guys. This really is a great team they have here. Read more
My wife and I ate here today. Food was excellent. store was very clean. The service was even better. Staff was upbeat and... friendly. They even sang along with the radio. We felt like we were being serenaded at times. Overall excellent experience. Lovethis place. Read more
Very disappointed. Was a loyal customer and fan but the sandwiches today were not up to standard. The rolls were dry and... shrunken. Maybe over cooked or left out in the air. I don't know but not happy with the sandwiches. Read more
