Great burger and fries. Always really good. Great service.
I remember when Five Guys first came to town. Their burgers were the best in town and their front door was revolving it was so... good. Today I bought a Bacon cheeseburger Burger, a Little Cheeseburger, one fry and a regular drink and spent $29! The burgerwas a sad, small patty that looked more like the patti melt meat at Freddie?s and the fries were soggy. I see no reason to wastemy hard earned money on this food anymore. Cheeseburger had great flavor. The beef tasted fresh and was substantial. The order of fries was so large, I could only eat... 1/4 and was stuffed. Did I tell you about the peanut butter milkshake. Welllll it was one of the best I have ever tasted! Read more
I wanted to leave zero stars but the friendliness of the staff was ok. I got a burger , fry and drink and it was 19.74 which is... absurd! The burger was subpar and the fries were soggy. I won?t be going back. Read more
So, I finally went to five guys for the first time. Never going back. The $9 Burger didn't even have any seasoning not even salt... or pepper. Cookout makes a much tastier hamburger and the entire meal with two sides and a drink is less expensive than onehamburger at this place. $4 for a small fry are you kidding me, again, they weren't $4 good. These are the "best burgers in East Tennessee" with Pal's "great food in a flash" coming in at a close second. Obviously, the... dine-in is better, but, take out is just as good. Read more
Amazing! I haven't been to a better burger joint! The cajun fries are a must! No way I'll ever be able to top this 5g! The guys... making our burgers and fries... ???? Exceptional service. Very polite and helpful. If they aren't cooking they're cleaning. Justan all around wonderful experience. I look forward to taking my friends and family back just to let them experience this burgerbonanza! Cant get over how wonderful everything is. This is the only five guys in the area that refuses to make a grilled cheese with a patty. I understand if it?s busy, but we... were the only people there and the girl at the front was really rude & kept staring at me like I was ignorant.
