My experience is that they need to have a sign on the door if they aren't accepting walk in customers. I saw 2 people walk away... plus my self, a lady inside the convenience store said that she wasn't going to buy bagged coffee from Dunkin since he couldn'twalk in and get it. Read more
Staff is lacking personality. Though I waited patiently and even offered to pull up while I waited for them to brew a new pot of... decaf, when the girl brought it out I said ?thank you so much? and got ?yep? as a response as she turned and walked away. (Asimple ?sorry for the wait? goes a long way) Maybe you should offer a short class in customer service for your employees. Dunkin was always my favorite spot until recently. I go almost every day and order the same drink but if they mess up i let them... kno. I drink carmel frozen coffee with extra ice 2 xtra pumps of carmel whip cream and carmel drizzle usually a medium. It is5.14 which is alot for a coffee. In the past if it was not made right they always remade it. But today i called and was toldbecause i call and complain so much they will not remake mine because it seems like i am just trying to get a free one. I am aregular customer and have been a faithful everyday customer for probally close to 10 years. No more. If u dont mess my coffee upso much i wouldnt call and complain so much. Wow!!!!!! I love Dunkin and order from here often. However, four times now I have ordered through DoorDash a peach passion fruit coconut... refresher and been given the tea base one. Something in that tea base causes an allergic reaction for me. I have to pour it outeverytime. I can't get an answer from the store to make sure my order is correct before the dasher picks it up. Usually if Ihave time to go by and get it myself my order is perfect but not through the delivery. Not sure why I don't get the coconut asthe order online, the ticket on the bag and the drink ticket all say coconut refresher. Read more
PLEASE keep the Twin Oaks crew at their store they are absolutely awful and do not follow instructions to make drinks properly.... They make them wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME and will have an attitude towards you when you want it remade. I live over by Milligainand drive all the way to this location to have my $5 coffee made correctly, and recently I came and I noticed Twin Oaks staffwas there and shocker my coffee was trash. Horrible. I drink Dunkin multiple times a week (Jonesborough location). I came to the sunset location cause I just happened to... be near by this morning. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin spice signature latte and 2 croissant stuffers. I have never hadstomach pain like this before in my life. I was Doubled over in pain so bad I almost had to pull off the road on my drive home.That's how fast it made me sick. That was at 8:30am and it's now 4pm and I'm still sick. Headache, lightheaded, severe crampingand nausea. I will never consume anything from here again!! Read more
Usually ok..I come by here for my iced coffee everyday,most of the time twice..today was my day off and I brought my 3 year old... daughter for donuts too and of course I get my latte and its wrong completely,then I get 2 large iced coffee as usual...get homewith them(i should have checked them first) and the latte was all rung up wrong and the 2 large coffees were mixed with tea! Ilive 30 minutes away,this has happened 4 times in the last few months ( I've even called and talked to some of my favoritecashiers that work there and drove all the way back to fix them..its gross,a waste of time,gas and money and it's sad becauseit's my one thing for myself I do that makes working all the time easier Read more
