The food was good. Friendly staff. Had a call in with an item not available at the moment. The lady working took it into her own... hands and fixed the issue before we arrived for pickup. Calling and apologizing for the issue and suggesting a replacement whichwas also made fresh and only took a few additional minutes to prepare and we were on our way with nearly no delay. Suuuuper great service!!!! My husband and I just literally went here and they were so sweet. Amazing service and very friendly.... I was so pleased!! I spent forever deciding their delicious menu and while I was so picky and just so much good food to order.They still answered every single question I had and sent me home with plates and all!! I decided to try this place after reading great reviews. I had the chicken tender plate, fries, cole slaw and hush puppies.... Unfortunately the only thing that was decent were the fries. The tenders were tough and out of 4, only 1 I could eatcompletely. The cole slaw was hot and I think it spoiled cause it was slimy and tasted sour. The plus side is staff wasfriendly. Order was correct, even though I wasn't able to enjoy it as I see others had. Prices are good. Maybe a bad night? Read more
