Had dinner at Aubrey's tonight. So many savory entree choices. I had the ribeye with a baked potato and house salad.... Absolutely fantastic! Unique twist on the house salad, it had potato sticks as a garnish instead of croutons. Absolutelywonderful pairing! I had Jake W. as my server. Mr. Jake did a fantastic job! He was very attentive; not only to me but to hisother tables, as well. I did not want or need anything. If you stop by Aubrey's in Hamilton place Town center, ask for JakeW. Sirloin was really good, and the sweet potato fries are delicious! They also bring you yummy bread before your food comes out!
What a happy find and fantastic dining experience. I had just flown in from Phoenix and was starving. I found the right place.... Aubrey's had the best fish fry I've ever eaten. Panko breaded and cooked to perfection. The tartar sauce with capers was a nicesurprise too. The fries, the salad... Everything was 5 stars! My go to restaurant in Johnson City. We go here for birthdays pretty often. The menu is wonderful and they have really great food. The quality is always high and... restaurant standards appear to be too. While, it?s a bit pricey for a Johnson City establishment, it?s fairly expected given theproduct comes from local farms. I really appreciate that business model. Read more

WOW. This place has amazing food!! And our waiter was so sweet, I don?t remember her name but she looked pregnant!! Update: My... credit card was charged for this purchase but then taken off without me knowing. I am now getting charged a second time for thisbill a MONTH later. So instead of paying $59 for food I am having to pay $120. Read more
The catfish and Parmesan spinach were perfect!!! My husband got the patti melt and the burger tasted like it was cooked outside... on the grill. Finally, the peppermint patty dessert was a perfect refreshing compliment to the meal. Read more
Don't "judge a book by its cover" and confuse Aubrey's (Johnson City) as a run of the mill "Steak house". The service was... excellent and the food also great. Very few times have I had just a "burger" cooked exactly as I requested. No grey overcookedhockey pucks here!
