So grateful to come back to town to visit family and be able to eat delicious healthy vegan food! Place is cute and staff was so... friendly and knowledgeable. Power bowl with spedie marinade tofu for lunch hit the spot. Servicing size was NOT disappointing atall! Nice big bowl. Veg chili soup had great flavor! I ordered the jackfruit pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing! I've always wanted to try jackfruit as a meat alternative and... it was definitely worth the wait. My dad ordered the tuna sandwich and he said it was very good as well! We shared the crumbcake with chocolate and cranberry it was delicious but we couldn't taste the cranberry in it. Read more
I stopped here for lunch with my dad just after they opened at 11:30 am Thursday. It was quiet when we arrived, but more... customers were streaming in by the time we left, many of whom seemed to be regulars and have a good relationship with the staff.Our waitress and the other staff were all really sweet. Besides their food menu, which caters to a variety of tastes and diets,they also have a cocktail menu, and extensive wine and tea menus. I really like that they can do lattes made to order (hot oriced, sweet or unsweetened) with any of the teas they offer - I got a tea latte with the Chocolate Cream Truffles tea. It wasvery pretty to look at (topped with foam and dusted with cocoa powder) and also tasted nice and smooth. My Tempeh Reuben andside of Kale Slaw were so good! All the individual components of the sandwich were tasty and together they were perfectlybalanced. I was just so excited to see this on the menu because I love the Swiss cheese/kraut/sauce combination of thetraditional Reuben but can't have the meat, so I was very happy to be able to enjoy it with tempeh. I had a taste of my dad'svegetarian chili too. It was very tasty and a little sweeter than most chilis which was interesting. I had a vegan chocolatecupcake for dessert. This was less "interesting" than the rest of the food I got but still good. The shredded coconut on top wasa nice touch. Definitely a place I'd visit again! They also have dinner specials and occasional special brunches which I'd loveto check out sometime. Read more
This is one of my favorite gems to satisfy my pallet. So naturally when my sister from Texas is in town wants to eat somewhere... good of course I'm going to suggest it. As usual everything we got from the hot tea, homemade hummus plate, "TLT" (just like theBLT only better - just saying) Just as I expected she ABSECON loved everything. This is one of the cutest coffee shops in Binghamton. The also offer a breakfast, lunch, and, dinner menu with weekly specials.... The offer a full wine selection with cocktails. The food is vegetarian and vegan friendly in addition to also beingpotentially gluten free. The service was very friendly and attentive during our visit. They offer the regular coffee shopoptions and have free WiFi for guests. Read more
Cafe is having great ambience. I like this place. A really great customer service. Employees are polite and friendly. Prices are... very reasonable, and their menu covers a vast types of food items. We had chicken thin crust pizza, veg pizza, mac and cheese,hummus platter, Indian spicy tomato soup, spinach artichoke dip and mule. Everything tastes really great. We ate dinner here after a matinee ballet at BU. Four of us + 1 child had a blast - excellent quality free homemade food - a... game table for the kids. We got the hummus platter, artichoke dip, Mac n cheese to share. Super amazing and delicious variety.Very different than anything you?ve had. We each got one of the salads, and some soup.
